Our chicken shawarma is marinated for 24 hours in a mix built on GREEK YOGURT (Milk/Dairy) together with our house Spice Blends. Every chicken shawarma product therefore carries Milk in the marinade, even when no cheese or sauce is added.
Milk
Our wraps and flatbreads are wheat-based and contain Gluten, and are enriched with Milk and butter. They are handled on the same surface as every other bread product.
GlutenMilk
We use house Spice Blends rather than listing individual spices. These blends are produced in facilities that also handle Nuts, Peanuts and Seeds, and some contain Sulphites and Mustard derivatives.

Made with pasteurised Egg. It also carries Mustard as a standard emulsifier component.
EggMustard
Both are Sesame-based. Tahini is used in several sauces and dips.
Sesame
Traditional toum is a garlic-and-oil emulsion with no egg. Ours is stabilised with a small amount of pasteurised Egg so it does not split during service, so we declare Egg on every batch.
Egg
Pickles, pomegranate molasses and Shatta chilli sauce contain Sulphites as a preservative.
Sulphites
Baklava and Maamoul contain Tree Nuts, Gluten and Milk. Ayran, gelato and shakes contain Milk.
