Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the WRAPPER website (eatwrapper.lovable.app and any custom domain we use) and Click & Collect orders placed through it with Arab Western Ltd ("WRAPPER", "we"), a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

1. Using the website

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest content using automated tools; reverse engineer the site; attempt to break, evade or stress our authentication, rate limits or security; impersonate anyone; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

2. Intellectual property

The WRAPPER™ name, logo and brand marks, the menu copy, photography, recipes, and the design of this site are owned by Arab Western Ltd. You're granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view the site. No copying, framing, scraping or commercial reuse without our written permission. Third-party marks (Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Stripe, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

3. Content you submit

When you send us a message, allergy note or review, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to run and improve the service.

4. Ordering

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm payment. We may refuse or cancel an order (and refund you in full) if an item is unavailable, if we can't safely prepare it, or if the kitchen is at capacity.

5. Pickup

Orders are for collection only at the location you selected, from the hatch shown on your order page. We'll text you when your food is ready. Please collect within 20 minutes of the ready notification : after that, food may be disposed of for safety reasons and is non-refundable.

6. Price and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment processor. By submitting an order you authorise the charge.

7. Allergens

Allergen information is shown on the menu and on each order. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, mustard, sulphites and nuts; we cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy, please contact the kitchen on the number shown on your order page before ordering.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared to order, you can cancel only before we mark the order "In Progress" on our kitchen system. After that, refunds are at our discretion. If we cancel or you don't receive your order through our fault, you'll be refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days.

9. Messages

By placing an order you agree to receive transactional SMS and (if you provided one) email about that order. You can opt out of order SMS by replying STOP, but doing so may prevent us telling you when your food is ready. Marketing emails are sent only if you separately opt in and can be unsubscribed at any time.

10. Availability

The site is provided "as is" : we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it'll be free of bugs.

11. Acceptable use

Don't place fraudulent, abusive, or automated orders. We may block users and reverse transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

14. Governing law

English law. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
