- Our falafel is made without egg or dairy, so it is vegan-friendly. Choose vegan-safe sauces such as tahini, hummus and our Signature Shatta Chilli Sauce, and skip the yogurt-based sauces. Everything is prepared in a kitchen that also handles meat and dairy, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.
- Is vegetarian food cooked separately from the shawarma?
- Falafel is fried separately from our shawarma spit, and salads and sauces are prepped on their own station. We are a single kitchen, so if you have a severe allergy or strict dietary requirement, tell us in the order notes and we will advise honestly.
