Our shawarma runs on an intensity ladder: Flavor Bomb (loud), Classic (the street standard) and the Arabic Style Shawarma Platter (purist). The Flavor Bomb Chicken Shawarma Wrap: 100% fresh chicken thigh, intensely spiced in our 24-hour marinade with an extra spice punch, double-wrapped in Saj & Khubz, and toasted. Loaded with garlic toum, chilli sauce, crispy fries inside, and pomegranate molasses. The Classic Chicken Shawarma Wrap: The authentic street standard. Milder than the Flavor Bomb, with a subtle, fresh hint of orange citrus in our 24-hour marinade. Served with garlic toum, traditional salads, and classic dips. The Arabic Style Shawarma Platter: Authentic Shawarma Arabi. A toasted shawarma roll sliced into bite-sized cutlets, served on a tray with house fries on the side, extra garlic toum, chilli sauce, and pomegranate molasses drizzled over the top.

Our kitchen handles Gluten, Milk & Butter (present in flatbreads), Eggs (present in our House Mayo), Sesame, and Mustard. Our spices and Arabic pickles are prepared in facilities that handle Nuts, Peanuts, and Seeds. While we follow strict hygiene standards, all items are prepared in a shared kitchen environment.
