It is rare to find a dark kitchen in London that cares this much about culinary standards and authenticity. It is easily the best chicken shawarma in East London right now. "I am obsessed with the bread here. I ordered a saj wrap and it was toasted to perfection with a light brush of chicken fat which made it so savory. The balance of the pickles and the slaw inside the wrap provides the perfect crunch against the tender shaved chicken. I also appreciated that it is 100 percent halal and uses fresh thighs rather than the frozen cones you see everywhere else. Even after a 20 minute delivery to Whitechapel the food was steaming hot and the bread wasn't soggy. The standard you deserve is a very fitting tagline for these guys."
